  Task 2 - Decisive Moment Poster & Animation

In this assignment, the task involves selecting an urban legend, either local or international, and creating an editorial illustration inspired by the Art Deco style. The process begins with thorough research, gathering visual references, and crafting a mood board exploring style, color, and overall visual direction. From initial sketching with a focus on a compelling composition, the transition moves to Adobe Illustrator, emphasizing clean lines and minimalism.

Subsequently, animations are incorporated to enhance the narrative. Alongside, a brief artist statement detailing design choices and their correlation to the chosen urban legend and editorial context is crafted. Submission requires a high-resolution digital file, preferably in vector format, and a link to a presentation or video showcasing animations, the artist statement, and any accompanying process documentation.
